The sites most recent use was a single storey workshop. A planning consent was granted in 2023 for the construction of a new build .Place of Worship offering F1 (formerly D1) use. This is in the form of a part 2,3 and 4 storey building with associated car parking and landscaping.

The consented scheme consists of over 20,000 sq. ft. This would include an auditorium capable of seating a congregation of circa 1,000. There is approximately 1,300 sq. ft available in additional space, which would lend itself for alternative uses
